Homemade Pumpkin Scrub

Delicious and luxurious body scrub shouldn't require breaking your bank, or even a trip to the mall for that matter. Just a trip to your pantry! Pumpkin spice is the perfect scent for the Fall season. not only are homemade scrubs inexpensive but, they are easy to make and have so many benefits for your skin. The sugar exfoliates dead skin cells away while Cinnamon gets blood circulating and is an excellent, natural treatment for eczema and acne. Coconut oil contains many benefits like antioxidant properties , anti-aging, and is a wonderful skin moisturizer. The natural aromas rejuvenate, awaken the senses, and are warm and comforting during the cold Winter season. Don't keep it for yourself, make several batches to gift to family and friends for the holidays!

Ingredients:
1 cup Brown sugar
1Tbsp Coconut oil
1Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
2Tbsp Cinnamon (if you have an irritation to cinnamon I suggest using nutmeg, which also acts as an aphrodisiac)
1Tsp Vanilla extract
1 vitamin E capsule

Directions:
In a medium sized bowl mix all ingredients until fully combined, adjust the texture to your liking by adding more or less coconut oil.

Note: After it sits a while the oil will break down the sugar some and will be a wetter consistency. so, make it slightly dryer than you think you want.

ENJOY!
